ATS is specialised in both assisting its clients in the end-to-end M&A processes (taking ownership from cradle to grave) or in identified parts of such processes.

Through Ton Brittijn ATS has a long-term experience in the food industry and in other areas like real estate, insurances, and trade and/or manufacturing.
