Regarding Divestments



Like in acquisitions processes ATS is focussing on assisting its clients in all or selected areas of divestment processes, such as:


  • Preparing your company (or part of) for sale through making

    • teaser, information memorandum, management presentation

    and confidentiality agreement including process steps and timing, etc.;

  • Review of or calculating of valuation of company;


  • Bundling all information and documentation for candidate buyers'

    • due diligence (data room);

  • Decision on ultimate buyer;


  • Drafting of transaction agreements;


  • Signing and closing of the transaction; and


  • Negotiating the transaction with counterparts in all stages of

    • the divestment process.
