Regarding Acquisitions



ATS is focussing on assisting its clients in all or selected areas of acquisition processes, such as:



  • Review of teaser, confidentiality agreement and process steps

    • as proposed by seller, if any;

  • Review of information, like information memorandum,

    • projections received from seller or made by client;

  • Review of or calculating of valuation of target company;


  • Issuing non-binding offer;


  • Execution of due diligence (financial, legal, operational, HR and

    • other, if applicable);

  • Attracting appropriate funding;


  • Review of or drafting of letter of intent, transaction agreements,

    • etc.;

  • Signing and closing of the transaction; and


  • Negotiating the transaction with counterparts in all stages of

    • the acquisition process.
